Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return delivery cost. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, EMIRATE Home Appliances will cover the reasonable return delivery cost. Please contact us before returning any item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return if they have been unsealed after delivery. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Your Statutory Cancellation Rights (UK)
In addition to our change-of-mind returns policy described above, if you are a consumer shopping online you also have statutory rights under UK consumer law.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without needing to give a reason. After telling us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

You may inspect the goods as you reasonably could in a shop. Simply opening the packaging to examine the item does not, on its own, remove this statutory right.

Separately, EMIRATE Home Appliances offers an extended change-of-mind returns period of 30 days from the date you receive your order, as described above. For returns made outside the statutory 14-day cancellation period, the item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the basic standard delivery charge you paid, where this is legally required. Any additional cost for a premium or expedited delivery option is not refundable.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or does not match its description, your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this policy, and the return delivery cost provisions described above will apply.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. An approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within five working days.
